Terms of Service

  1. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
  2. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
  3. You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited. You are not allowed to login with PROXY SERVERS !! You have to register with ur REAL first and last NAME! This will be proofed when payout! Account with wrong first or/and last name will get suspended immediately!!
  4. You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
  5. It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
  6. Your upline cannot be changed.
  7. We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
  8. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
  9. We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
  10. If you deposited/funded/bought a membership with PayPal and requested payment by alertpay, we will be forced to charge a fee of $ 5,00.
    Same for Alertpay to PayPal.
  11. By joining Erobux.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
  12. Every payout for standard members will only made with verified paypal, alertpay or liberty reserve account !! All requests from nonverified accounts will be rejected!! Every standard payout will get proofed. Means you have to proof your identity before getting payout! You must register with the same first and last name like you registered an paypal, alertpay or liberty reserve. All other payout will get rejected!

    If u don´t post ur receive of payout in our forum - u will not get another payout !!!
  13. Payment Proofs

    U must proof ur payment in our forum during 3 days after payout. If u don´t do that and request another payout we will take an extra fee of $ 2.50 ! If you request another payout without proof in our forum - payout will be rejected and you have to wait again this time stated in our membership privileges! If you don´t post the payout after our reminder, than we charge again the extra fee again. It´s quite easy to handle this point of TOS!
  14. NO CLICK - NO REFERALS EARNING !!

    Log in and click at least one ADVERTISEMENT each day in order to receive referral earnings !!
  15. As an Upgrade Membership for a given period is given ends, the Direct Referrals returned to the number of the then-current Membership.
  16. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Erobux and / or Erobux staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits
  17. We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice.
  18. From August 11th 2011 new admin relaunched Erobux.com - We are NOT responsible for anything happened in the past. We don´t answer anything regarding old admin, old payouts or anything else. Support Tickets regarding this case will get deleted immediatly without answering. Thanks for your understanding.
